Al Jazeera Al Hamra
Al Jazeera Al Hamra, meaning “the Red Island” in English, is the historic home of the Al Zaabi tribe. It was a traditional pearling village before being abruptly abandoned in the early 1970s. The Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festival has called the village home since 2019 and, in its continued restoration and conservation, Al Jazeera Al Hamra now stands as a bridge between cultural heritage and contemporary art.
Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah
To celebrate our first-ever partnership with Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, as our Official Hospitality Partner, we curated an exhibition of artworks from the 11th edition of the Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festival, set to happen in 2023. This exhibition serves as a preview of our upcoming festival in February, with 14 selected artworks from professional and emerging artists from France, Italy, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Pakistan, Iran, and India. The selected artworks will be showcased at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah till the beginning of January.
